It seems that the developers of CS:GO don't really care about creating a New Year's mood. If the theme of Halloween to pick up skins is not difficult, then coloring in Christmas and New Year's colors will be found a little. Those who want to try the original game modes may like Hide and Seek Christmas map. Maps in which the scenario of «hide-and-seek game» is realized are becoming more and more popular, and among them there is at least one on the theme of New Year's holidays. Christmas decorations everywhere, snow covered streets and incessant snowfall – the perfect setting for a game of hide and seek with friends.

If the previous two maps didn't seem diverse enough, here's another one. Surf Christmas – is the result of a joint effort of several mappers, each of whom created one of the levels. Among them are a ski resort, a gift factory, a winter hut, Santa's warehouse and other notable places.

And those who want to have some real fun should pay attention to the map called AWP Christmas. One look at the screenshot is enough to realize that players are in for a vivid experience. Huge gingerbread man, snowfall, gift boxes, Santa Claus with reindeer and lots of other surprises!
