Ninjas in Pyjamas knocked NAVI out of the BLAST Premier Fall Final playoffs

Ninjas in Pyjamas advanced to the semifinals of the BLAST Premier Fall Final with a win over Natus Vincere. The Swedish squad needed three maps to accomplish this.

The first of them was Inferno, and from the very beginning the Swedish team showed their ability to control the game. NIP achieved a noticeable advantage in the first half of the map, and Natus Vincere could not compensate for it after the change of sides, so the map remained for their rivals with a score of 16 – 10. At Mirage, the picture was different at first: NAVI led with a score of 8 – 1, but then their opponents minimized the gap, and «born to win» were able to take the map only in overtime. The decisive one was Overpass, and on it the balance of power was about the same as on Mirage with the total 16 – 10 in favor of the Swedish lineup. Despite the fact that Natus Vincere managed to act cohesively in some rounds, throughout the match Alexander «s1mple» Kostylev's team faced problems in defense, because of which they largely had to leave the tournament.

Thus, Aleksi «Aleksib» Virolainen's team continues to fight for the BLAST Premier Fall Final trophy, and with it the right to enter the final part of the series. She will now face a match against FaZe at the Royal Arena in Copenhagen on Saturday evening.
