Ukrainian cybersports organization HellRaisers has released a message that it is returning to CS: GO after six months without a roster. It has contracted five cyber athletes who have been playing under the name Gucci Squad in recent months. The core of the team is made up of former Trasko Esports – Eugene «7oX1C0» Motsevoy, Dmitry «Templ» Sryvkov and sixteen-year-old sharpshooter Igor «w0nderful» Zhdanov. The latter has been performing quite impressively lately – rating of 1.27 for the last three months and 1.24 for 2021 as a whole. They will be joined by two more young cyber athletes - Mikhailo «OWNER» Lymar and Alex «alex666» Yarmoshchuk. Thus, the average age of the team will be less than twenty years old.
The HellRaisers announced the signing of these players six months after they disbanded their last squad in April, which lasted about a year. Gucci Squad will soon continue to compete in ESEA Advanced, where it qualified for the top set of playoffs. It already has two wins in these competitions (against Singularity and hREDS). The team will be coached by Anatoly «liTTle» Yashin, previously noted for his work with the forZe squad. In the latter, he served as a coach and analyst until October 2021.
