Fnatic is looking for a new coach for the youth team

The cybersports organization fnatic released a statement about the end of cooperation with Mikeil «Golden» Selim, who temporarily served as the head coach of fnatic Rising. Now fnatic are on the lookout for a new mentor for the academic squad.

The team opened applications for this position this Saturday. It is known that the candidate, who will be chosen by the organization, will get to work with fnatic Rising players during the trial period, which will last until the end of the first quarter of next year.

At the moment fnatic Rising is in the top 100 of the world ranking. In previous WePlay Academy seasons, she has managed to place in the top five. The team also participated in the 39th season of ESEA Advanced, but 9-12th place was not enough to qualify for the next stage – in the ESL Challenger league.

The average age of the players on the team is now 20.3 years old, and the team includes promising Romanian sniper Iulian «regali» Harjau. Therefore, fnatic management hopes that the arrival of the new coach will help the players to unlock their potential and break through to the international cybersports scene, repeating the success of MOUZ NXT and NAVI Junior.
