Brazilian Case is assembling a new roster led by former Movistar Riders player

Brazilian organization Case announced the signing of a new roster that will include five local players. The lineup will be led by Lucas «steel» Lopez, formerly of Movistar Riders, Luminosity and Immotrals.

Other – members include Lucas «honda» Cano, who has gained some experience at major tournaments in 2021, appearing as a substitute in FURIA's main roster and also playing for its youth team.

The only player who moved to the new roster from the previous Case squad was Jan «yepz» Pedretti. Case will also now play Rodrigo «RCF» Figueiredo as the primary sniper, and Arthur «f4stzin» Schmitt. The two cyber athletes have been playing for Asterys in recent months, and previously played together for Yeah.

Case's manager, Brazilian soccer player Carlos Henrique Casimiro from Real Madrid, commenting on the new roster, said that it was crucial for him to find promising cyber athletes from Brazil: «It is necessary to do so in order not to forget what our origins are. CS: GO in Brazil has always been at the highest level, and we are ready to count on that to continue. Betting on young talent – is always a priority for us, especially in cyber sports. Brazil have a lot of promising players and we don't want those resources to go to waste. But, at the same time, there must also be an experienced player to lead them».
