• The investigator's main menu displays a button «patrol» with a pending case;

• He scrutinizes what is happening on the screen for 8 rounds (about 10 minutes);

• The person gives a verdict on the quality and fair play of the potential offender. The length of the ban can depend on a number of factors. 

Charges are divided into 4 categories for which investigators make one of two verdicts: «insufficient evidence» and «there is compelling evidence». In rare cases, the case may be postponed indefinitely. No verdict is rendered if more than one investigator is equally divided in opinion, or if the dominant status is «not guilty». 

Verdicts are as follows:

• You are convicted by Patrol of — a minor offense. Such give a ban in CS:GO for up to 30 days, but more often about 1-2 weeks. If received a second fine — the penalty is permanent and not subject to appeal;

Unreliable

This is a direct road to VAK-ban in CS:GO, but still allows you to play, although with strong restrictions. Status «Unreliable» in 99% of cases is given for using cheats, spyware, third-party modifications, suspicious modes and not only. Getting such «stigma», you are automatically logged out of the competition mode and official Steam servers. It remains only to have fun on pirate servers with interesting personalities, which such a contingent is not particularly revered.
