European cybersports organization Endpoint has announced that Allan «Rejin» Petersen will be the new coach of its CS: GO squad. He will replace Allan «Allan» Hender. The team hasn't made much progress in recent months and has dropped from 24th to 45th in the HLTV rankings. It also recently put Mohammad «BOROS» Malhas up for transfer, which means it will need to look for a new player to fill the vacated position.
Rejin is primarily known for his association with MOUZ, where he held the position of head coach for over a year. Under his leadership, the team won the cs_summit 5 grand finals. He was later accused of using «coaching bug» and was disqualified for 20 months. During this term, he served as manager at MAD Lions and also worked with Entropiq Prague as an analyst. Now that his period of ineligibility has expired, he has been given the opportunity to return to the role of head coach.
Commenting on his move to Endpoint, Rejin said he regrets his past use of cheats and is happy to be back in the eSports community: «I am happy to announce my return as head coach. When Endpoint contacted me and told me about their future plans, I agreed without hesitation. I'm excited to get back to the game and lead the boys to more success». Endpoint manager Peter Thompson also praised Petersen's skills.
